The purpose of this collum will be to give you ideas that will hopefully be useful to  anyone  renovating or thinking about renovating and to answer any questions that are emailed in to me. Over the years I have seen hundreds of renovations and have a good understanding of what to do and more importantly what not do! Most people are afraid to renovate because they feel that they cannot afford it or just do not have the knowledge to do so.
